These pendants are not safe around water, please do not submerge them or wear while bathing. Wiping the glass with a soft cloth dipped in a bit of isopropyl alcohol will make them shiny and clean when needed.

My items are bronze plated or silver plated over metal (zinc) alloy. Everything is nickel free, so they are safe for nickel allergies. Some people are even more sensitive to metals and require high end jewelry, such as sterling silver and solid gold. For these very sensitive people, a necklace would not be a good fit. I do have fun keychain designs for those who cannot tolerate my necklaces!

To prevent tarnish, store your pendant in a plastic closable bag when not in use, and do not expose to excessive moisture. These pendants are not submergible, do not place into liquid. The glass can be buffed clean with a cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol. The pendants can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. Necklace chains can be removed from the pendant and cleaned with your favorite silver cleaner (paste, cloth, or liquid). To protect the image underneath the glass, do not expose to excessive sunlight.

If your package has been marked as delivered, please check your tracking to see a note of where it was left, ie, front door or inside mailbox. Sometimes mail is misdelivered. Upon request, your local post office can look up GPS coordinates of the delivery location. If it was misdelivered, this can be rectified quickly by your local office. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address during the transaction, and a safe place to receive packages. Any package marked "delivered" means that the transaction is complete. I am not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have chosen a personalized item, please send me your photo to For best results, please use a photo with a lot of background area. A high resolution photo with contrast between subject and background makes the best looking items. Cropped or close up photos generally do not give good results.
